Abstract

Pemberdayaan perempuan dalam sektor pertanian memiliki peran strategis dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga dan pengembangan ekonomi pedesaan. Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) di Desa Margasari memiliki potensi besar dalam pengolahan hasil pertanian namun menghadapi kendala teknis dan manajerial. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan memberdayakan KWT melalui pengembangan usaha pengolahan hasil pertanian dengan fokus pada peningkatan nilai tambah produk dan manajemen usaha. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi pelatihan teknologi pengolahan pangan, workshop manajemen usaha, pendampingan produksi, dan fasilitasi pemasaran. Hasil program menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan anggota KWT sebesar 82%, diversifikasi produk olahan dari 3 menjadi 12 jenis, dan peningkatan pendapatan kelompok sebesar 245%. Program ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap pemberdayaan ekonomi perempuan, pengurangan kemiskinan, dan penguatan ekonomi lokal. Kata kunci: pemberdayaan perempuan, kelompok wanita tani, pengolahan hasil pertanian, nilai tambah ABSTRACT Women's empowerment in the agricultural sector has a strategic role in improving family welfare and rural economic development. Women Farmer Groups (KWT) in Margasari Village have great potential in processing agricultural products but face technical and managerial constraints. This community service program aims to empower KWT through the development of agricultural product processing businesses with a focus on increasing product added value and business management. Implementation methods include food processing technology training, business management workshops, production assistance, and marketing facilitation. Program results show an 82% increase in KWT member skills, product diversification from 3 to 12 types, and a 245% increase in group income. This program has a positive impact on women's economic empowerment, poverty reduction, and strengthening the local economy.
