Abstract

Marketing management is the science of selecting target maerkets and achieving, and retaining them by creating and delivering superior customer value, thereby crating satisfaction. The purpoe of this study is to determine the effect of price, design, and location on consumer purchasing decisions for housing products in Dwija Regency Jalan Ir. H. Juanda Ponorogo. The sample is a consumer in the Dwija Regency Ponorogo housing estate who has purchased or who has occupied housing using the saturated sample technique and a sample of 55 respondents. The analysis used in this study uses multiple linier regression analysis using the SPSS 22 progam. This study resulted in a partial test (t) for odel 1 as follows: price (X1) = 0.020, design (X2) = 0.014 and location (X3) = 0.024.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Leadership, Compensation and Work Environment on Employee Work Spirit at CV. Subur Makmur Japan Village, Babadan District, Ponorogo. Based on the results of the discussion in accordance with the data managed with a multiple linear regression analysis model, it is concluded that; Based on the results of the t test of the independent variable of the influence of Leadership , the calculated t value <t table (1.956<2.042), then Ho is accepted, meaning there is no influence of Leadership on Employee Work Spirit. Compensation, the calculated t value > t table (2.091>2.042) then Ho is rejected, meaning there is an influence of Compensation on Employee Work Spirit. Work Environment, obtained the calculated t value > t table (2.072 > 2.042) then Ho is accepted, meaning there is no influence of the Work Environment on Employee Work Spirit. Meanwhile, based on the results of the F test of the dependent variable Employee Work Spirit, obtained the calculated F value > F table (6.229 > 2.87) then Ho is rejected, meaning there is an influence of Leadership, Compensation and Work Environment together/simultaneously on Employee Work Spirit.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Education Level, Income Level, Taxpayer Awareness, Social Environment, and Tax Sanctions on Land and Building Taxpayer Compliance in Dolopo District, Madiun Regency. This research is classified as quantitative research. The population in this study consists of all Land and Building Taxpayers who have Land and Building Tax objects in the Dolopo District, Madiun Regency. The technique of determining the sample is non-probability sampling, using purposive sampling. The number of samples in this study was 100 respondents, calculated using the Slovin formula. The method of data analysis in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, which was performed using SPSS version 25. The results of the study show that Education Level, Income Level, Taxpayer Awareness, Social Environment, and Tax Sanctions have a significant positive effect on Land and Building Taxpayer Compliance. Simultaneously, Education Level, Income Level, Taxpayer Awareness, Social Environment, and Tax Sanctions have a significant positive effect on Land and Building Taxpayer Compliance.
