Abstract

This study aims to identify the factors considered by clients in selecting management consulting services at PT Uruzin Solusi Bisnis, and to determine the dominant factor among them. This study employs a quantitative deductive approach using Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) with Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and Varimax rotation. Data were collected from 50 clients of PT Uruzin Solusi Bisnis through purposive sampling. Nine initial variables were analyzed, framed within the Marketing Mix 7P perspective. the dominant factor, Brand Image, reflects that reputation and client recommendations are primary considerations before clients engage a consultant. The study is limited to clients of a single company with a sample size of 50 respondents, restricting generalizability. Future research should expand the sample scope and incorporate additional variables such as digital marketing and service innovation. PT Uruzin Solusi Bisnis should prioritize strengthening its brand reputation and leveraging word-of-mouth recommendations as the primary marketing strategy to attract and retain clients in the competitive management consulting market. This study contributes an original factor Service Interaction Quality combining financial comfort (price fairness) and relational comfort (communication ease) as a unified construct, which has not been identified in prior literature. It also provides empirical evidence on consulting firm selection in the Indonesian business licensing sector
