Abstract

Transformasi digital yang didorong oleh kecerdasan buatan (AI) telah berdampak signifikan pada proses administrasi pendidikan , meskipun penelitian yang secara khusus membahas penerapannya di tingkat madrasah masih sangat terbatas. Pada kenyataannya, administrasi sekolah masih menghadapi tantangan seperti manajemen data yang tidak terintegrasi dan proses pencatatan manual yang berulang. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektivitas penggunaan AI terhadap efisiensi kinerja administrasi sekolah, menganalisis implementasi AI di MTs Anwaha, serta merumuskan strategi untuk memperkuat keberlanjutan sistem administrasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif-analitis. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner terstruktur berskala Likert kepada tenaga administrasi dan pihak terkait, serta dilengkapi dengan wawancara terbatas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan AI berdampak positif terhadap efisiensi administrasi dengan mempercepat pengolahan data, pengarsipan dokumen, dan penyusunan laporan, serta mengurangi tingkat kesalahan manusia. Namun, implementasi tersebut masih menghadapi tantangan berupa keterbatasan literasi digital staf administrasi, keterbatasan infrastruktur teknologi, dan tidak adanya prosedur operasi standar (SOP) khusus. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, diperlukan strategi penguatan melalui peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia melalui pelatihan, pengembangan SOP digital, perbaikan infrastruktur teknologi, serta penguatan kepemimpinan digital kepala sekolah. Abstract Digital transformation driven by artificial intelligence (AI) has significantly impacted educational administration processes , yet research specifically addressing its application at the madrasah level remains relatively limited. In practice, school administration still faces challenges such as unintegrated data management and repetitive manual recording processes. Therefore, this study aims to examine the effectiveness of AI use on school administration efficiency, analyze the implementation of AI at MTs Anwaha, and formulate strategies to strengthen the sustainability of the administration system. This study employs a quantitative approach with a descriptive-analytical design. Data collection was conducted through structured questionnaires using a Likert scale distributed to administrative staff and related parties, supplemented by limited interviews. The results indicate that the use of AI has a positive impact on administrative efficiency by accelerating data processing, document archiving, and reporting, as well as reducing human error rates. However, the implementation still faces challenges such as the administrative staff's limited digital literacy, inadequate technological infrastructure, and the absence of specific standard operating procedures (SOPs). To address this, strengthening strategies are required through human resource capacity building via training, digital SOP development, technological infrastructure improvement, and strengthening the principal's digital leadership.   Keywords: Educational administration, artificial intelligence, operational efficiency, digital leadership, MTs Anwaha.
