Abstract

Abstrak - Smart mobility merupakan komponen penting dalam pengembangan kota cerdas yang memanfaatkan teknologi digital dan integrasi data untuk meningkatkan efisiensi transportasi. Penelitian ini menganalisis implementasi smart mobility di Jakarta, Surabaya, dan Medan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif–komparatif berbasis data sekunder. Hasil benchmarking menunjukkan bahwa Jakarta memiliki tingkat kematangan tertinggi melalui ATCS, CCTV analitik, dan integrasi multimoda, disusul Surabaya dengan penerapan SITS dan WebGIS. Medan berada pada tahap awal dengan keterbatasan infrastruktur digital dan rendahnya integrasi layanan. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, penelitian ini menyusun roadmap pengembangan smart mobility Kota Medan yang berfokus pada penguatan infrastruktur digital, integrasi moda transportasi, dan peningkatan tata kelola data sebagai langkah strategis menuju mobilitas kota yang lebih efisien dan berkelanjutan.Kata kunci : Smart Mobility; Kota Cerdas; Transportasi Perkotaan; Infrastruktur Digital; Roadmap; Abstract - Smart mobility is a key component of smart city development, utilizing digital technology and data integration to enhance urban transportation efficiency. This study analyzes the implementation of smart mobility in Jakarta, Surabaya, and Medan through a qualitative descriptive–comparative approach based on secondary data. Benchmarking results show that Jakarta demonstrates the highest maturity level through ATCS, analytic CCTV, and multimodal integration, followed by Surabaya with its SITS and WebGIS systems. Medan remains in an early stage with limited digital infrastructure and low service integration. Based on these findings, this study proposes a smart mobility roadmap for Medan that emphasizes strengthening digital infrastructure, integrating transport modes, and improving data governance as strategic steps toward more efficient and sustainable urban mobility.Keywords: Smart Mobility; Smart City; Urban Transportation; Digital Infrastructure; Roadmap;

Abstract

PT Putra Perwira Abadi is a construction services company facing operational challenges in project monitoring, progress documentation, field attendance, and project data integration. Progress updates are still carried out manually through photos and informal communication, while field attendance has not been able to automatically validate location and time. This study aims to design an Enterprise Architecture using TOGAF ADM to support the digitalization of project monitoring and field attendance. A qualitative approach with a case study method was used, with data collected through semi-structured interviews and literature review. The TOGAF ADM phases applied cover Preliminary Phase through Architecture Change Management. The study produces an architectural design that integrates project monitoring, field attendance, documentation, project finance, and management dashboard. The main proposed solutions include a Project Monitoring System, a geo-tagged photo-based Field Attendance System, a Document Management System, Project Finance Integration, and a Management Dashboard. A Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) is used to ensure traceability between problems, architectural requirements, proposed solutions, and success indicators.
