Abstract

This research was conducted as part of an internship program organized by Nusa Putra University and held at the Central Statistics Agency in Sukabumi City. The main problems identified were the suboptimal public service process, which still relied on manual procedures and the lack of system integration. This situation resulted in low service efficiency and delays in delivering information to the public. Therefore, this project aimed to improve the quality and effectiveness of services through the development of a web-based information system. The method used combined a user-needs-based approach with the Rapid Application Development (RAD) model. Data collection was conducted through direct observation and interviews to identify specific system requirements. The system was then designed, developed, and tested in stages to ensure its functionality met user needs. The result of this project was the SPINTAR information system, which provides a more structured, faster, and more accessible service mechanism. This system also improved data management and strengthened interaction between users and agencies. In conclusion, the implementation of the SPINTAR system successfully increased the efficiency of public services while supporting the digital transformation process at Central Statistics Agency in Sukabumi City. In addition, this activity provides practical experience for students in applying academic knowledge directly in a real work environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan rancangan User Interface (UI) dan User Experience (UX) pada website CV Tiga Jaya dengan tujuan meningkatkan kualitas pengalaman serta kepuasan pengguna dalam mengakses informasi perusahaan dan produk yang ditawarkan. Penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan manfaat bagi perusahaan dalam menghadirkan website yang informatif, mudah dioperasikan, responsif pada berbagai perangkat, serta mampu memperkuat citra profesional di tengah perkembangan teknologi digital. Dataset penelitian diperoleh melalui proses observasi, wawancara, serta pengumpulan data dari pengguna dan calon pengguna website CV Tiga Jaya yang dilaksanakan pada periode Januari hingga Februari 2025. Metode yang diterapkan adalah Design Thinking yang meliputi lima tahapan, yaitu Pada tahap empathize, peneliti menemukan permasalahan utama berupa navigasi yang kurang intuitif dan keterbatasan informasi produk. Tahap define menghasilkan rumusan kebutuhan pengguna seperti kemudahan navigasi, tampilan visual yang menarik, desain responsif, dan informasi perusahaan yang jelas. Tahap ideate menghasilkan solusi desain yang kemudian diwujudkan dalam bentuk prototipe menggunakan Figma. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa rancangan UI/UX yang dihasilkan mampu meningkatkan kejelasan informasi, kemudahan penggunaan, dan kenyamanan pengguna, sehingga metode Design Thinking dinilai efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas UI/UX website CV Tiga Jaya.

Abstract

Effective project management highly depends on selecting the appropriate tools to support team productivity. This study focuses on comparing the performance of two popular project management platforms, Trello and Jira, which are widely used by software development teams. The issue addressed in this research concerns the differences in features and levels of flexibility that often make it difficult for organizations to determine the most efficient tool according to their needs. Therefore, this study aims to objectively evaluate the effectiveness of both platforms and provide recommendations for selecting project management tools that best suit organizational requirements. The benefit of this research is to provide information and references for project managers and software development teams in determining the most suitable project management platform. The method used is a comparative analysis based on the PIECES framework (Performance, Information, Economics, Control, Efficiency, and Service) with a quantitative approach through observation and questionnaire distribution to 30 respondents. The collected data were analyzed based on the six PIECES dimensions to measure the performance level of each platform. The results indicate that Trello achieved higher scores in the Performance (4.8), Economics (4.7), and Efficiency (4.6) dimensions, while Jira outperformed Trello in Information (4.9), Control (4.8), and Service (4.6). Overall, Jira obtained a higher average score of 4.35 compared to Trello's 4.16. In conclusion, Jira is more suitable for managing complex projects that require better control and information management, whereas Trello is more appropriate for small- to medium-scale projects that prioritize ease of use and operational efficiency.

Abstract

Advances in digital technology are driving the shift from cash to cashless transactions using the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS). An operational challenge at SRC Toserba Mira is the use of static QRIS codes that have not been systematically integrated with the store’s record-keeping system, resulting in transaction summaries and sales reports still being prepared manually and being prone to calculation errors. This study aims to design and implement a prototype of an integrated web-based QRIS payment information system to automate sales recording and reporting. The development method used is the prototype method. The system was built using MVC architecture with the Laravel framework, the PHP programming language, and a MySQL database. Testing was conducted through Black Box Testing, Security Testing, Performance Testing, and the System Usability Scale (SUS). The results of Black Box Testing showed that all major functional features including product management, QRIS payload integration, and report visualization functioned as expected. Security testing confirmed the system’s security, while performance testing demonstrated stable responsiveness in the hosting environment. Evaluation using the SUS yielded an average score of 77.91 (Acceptable category, Grade B/Good). The implementation of this system has successfully reduced manual operational steps, improved data recording accuracy, and provided transaction transparency for store owners and customers.
