Abstrak: Pascabencana, anak-anak berpotensi mengalami rasa takut, kecemasan, dan kehilangan rasa aman yang dapat memengaruhi interaksi sosial serta proses tumbuh kembang mereka. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan psikososial melalui kegiatan trauma healing guna membantu pemulihan kondisi emosional anak-anak terdampak banjir, melalui kegiatan ini memberikan ruang kembali kepada anak-anak untuk lebih percaya diri melalui kemampuan komunikasi anak yang baik, dan menumbukan pemahaman emosi melalui karakter cerita. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui beberapa metode kombinasi seperti metode bercerita, bermain terarah dan metode ekspresif melalui kegiatan mewarnai, yang diperuntukkan untuk anak-anak korban banjir dan peningkatan pengendalian emosi kepada kader Posyandu dan orangtua anak di wilayah kabupaten Aceh Tamiang di Desa Tanjung Necara. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, jumlah partisipasi anak mencapai lebih dari 70 orang, melebihi target awal sebanyak 40 orang. Hasil observasi langsung terhadap keterlibatan anak dan masyarakat menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan berjalan dengan baik. Anak- anak lebih percaya diri, kader posyandu turut memperkuat dukungan sosial. Sehingga terjadi peningkatan keterampilan mitra sebesar ±75% dibandingkan sebelum kegiatan dilaksanakan.Abstract: After a disaster, children are at risk of experiencing fear, anxiety, and a loss of security, which can affect their social interactions and their growth and development. Therefore, this community service initiative aims to provide psychosocial support through trauma healing activities to aid in the emotional recovery of children affected by the flood. Through these activities, we aim to help children regain their confidence through improved communication skills and foster emotional understanding through story characters. The implementation of this activity utilized a combination of methods, such as storytelling, guided play, and expressive activities through coloring, designed for flood-affected children and to enhance emotional regulation among Posyandu cadres and parents in the Aceh Tamiang regency, specifically in Tanjung Necara Village. Based on the evaluation results, child participation exceeded 70 participants, surpassing the initial target of 40. Direct observations of children’s and community engagement indicated the program’s success. Children demonstrated increased self-confidence, while Posyandu cadres strengthened social support. Consequently, partner skills improved by approximately 75% compared to pre-program levels.
