Abstract

ABSTRAK   Penelitian ini berencana untuk memutuskan dan menggambarkan hubungan antara pelaksanaan perwakilan pada Penilaian Daerah Kota Palembang Organisasi eksekutif dengan kemampuan, kemajuan kejuruan, dan tanggung jawab. Kajian ini menggunakan filosofi yang menjelaskan dan bersifat kuantitatif. Mengingat perhitungan nilai hubungan Pearson dan nilai alfa Cronbach, alat pemilah informasi dinyatakan sah dan dapat diandalkan. Pemeriksaan penggambaran informasi, relaps langsung yang berbeda, uji-t, uji-F, dan koefisien jaminan sepenuhnya digunakan dalam proses penyelidikan informasi. Investigasi relaps langsung yang berbeda memberikan kondisi Y = 26,764 0,388 X1 0,034 X2 0,459 X3 dengan nilai R kuadrat 0,351, sesuai hasil. Jika Ho ditolak dan Ha diakui, maka uji F antara Fhitung dan Ftabel menghasilkan Fhitung = 679,026 > Ftabel = 11,730 dengan tingkat kepentingan Ftabel = 0,000 sebesar 3,432 pada tingkat kepentingan ttabel = 0,000. Perhitungan penyelidikan informasi menunjukkan bahwa: (1) ada dampak positif antara kapabilitas dan eksekusi; (2) ada pengaruh positif antara peningkatan vokasi dan pelaksanaan; (3) ada pengaruh positif antara kewajiban dengan pelaksanaan; dan (4) ada pengaruh positif antara keahlian, kemajuan profesi, dan tanggung jawab secara bersama-sama terhadap pelaksanaan.   Kata Kunci: Kompetensi, Pengembangan Karir, Komitmen, Kinerja Pegawai                                ABSTRACK   The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the relationship between competence, career advancement, and commitment to employee performance at the Palembang City Regional Tax Management Agency. The quantitative nature of this research uses a descriptive methodology. The information gathering tool is considered valid and reliable based on the purchase of Cronbach's alpha value and Pearson's correlation value. To analyze the information, t-test, F-test, coefficient of determination, multiple linear regression, description information analysis and t-test were all used. Based on the findings of multiple linear regression analysis, the resulting equation Y = 26.764 0.388 X1 0.034 X2 0.459 X3 with an R squared value of 0.351. If Ho is ignored and Ha is accepted, then the F test between Fcount and Ftable yields Fcount = 679.026 > Ftable = 11.730 with a significance level Ftable = 0.000 of 3.432 at a significance level ttable = 0.000. The results of the calculation of the information analysis show that (1) there is a positive influence between competence and performance, (2) there is a positive influence between career development and performance, (3) there is a positive effect between confidence on performance, and (4) there is a positive influence between competence, career development, and collective commitment to performance.   Keywords : Competence, Career Development, Commitment, Employee Performance
