This study aims to analyze the role of digitalization in improving the quality of educational services at Al Anwar Kindergarten. Along with the development of information and communication technology, digitalization has become a strategic effort to improve the effectiveness of learning, administrative management, and communication between schools and parents. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with reference to Zeithaml's service quality theory, which includes five dimensions: tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The results show that digitalization has a positive contribution to improving the quality of educational services. In the tangible dimension, the availability of technology-based facilities and infrastructure such as digital TV and audiovisual media can increase the attractiveness of learning. In the assurance and empathy dimensions, digitalization supports the improvement of the professionalism of educators and more professional services to students and parents. Meanwhile, in the responsiveness dimension, digitalization increases the speed and responsiveness in delivering information. However, in the reliability and responsiveness dimensions, several obstacles are still found, especially related to limited human resource competencies and inadequate technological infrastructure, such as devices and internet networks. Therefore, efforts are needed to improve the competence of educators through training and strengthening technological facilities and infrastructure to support the optimal implementation of digitalization.
