Abstract

Growing white oyster mushrooms can be very profitable, both on a small and large scale. This is inseparable from the high demand and high selling value of white oyster mushrooms. This research method uses field research, which is research conducted on an event that happened. The research method to be used is the phenomenological method. The data sources of this study are primary data and secondary data. Field data collection techniques must be based on technical data, especially observations, interviews, and notes. Data analysis techniques go through three stages, namely data reduction, presentation, and verification. The results showed: 1). The cultivation of white oyster mushrooms in Sragi village can still develop well but is limited by the location or location of development. 2). The development of the white oyster mushroom production business is growing both at the domestic level and in farmer groups. 3). It must be updated to increase people's income, especially in terms of marketing. 4). Sell the harvest to business partners and then process it into snacks that are carefully packaged to be supplied to cafes and restaurants in Banyuwangi Regency. The factors that affect the development of white oyster mushroom productivity in increasing community income are technical factors, economic factors, social factors, sources of raw materials and production land, and human resources Minimalize limited use of technology, and business capital capacity.
