Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of teamwork and communication on employee performance in the Kie Food Industry CV. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used Saturated Samples and a sample of 70 respondents was obtained. Data analysis techniques include research instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression, as well as t-tests and f-tests. The research results show that teamwork has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Communication has also been shown to have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Furthermore, teamwork and communication simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on employee perfomance. These findings confirm that improved employee performance can be achieved through strengthening effective teamwork and effective communication within the organization.
