<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan pendaftaran peralihan hak atas tanah karena warisan di kantor pertanahan Kabupaten Pinrang dan faktor yang menghambat pelaksanaan pendaftaran peralihan hak mewaris di kantor pertanahan Kabupaten Pinrang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan normatif-empiris. Teknik penelitian yang digunakan oleh penulis yaitu studi kepustakaan dan wawancara dengan pihak terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pendaftaran peralihan hak atas tanah karena warisan di Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Pinrang telah sesuai dengan prosedur yang berlaku, namun masih menghadapi kendala seperti rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat dan hambatan administratif. Kurangnya pemahaman mengenai pentingnya pendaftaran tanah serta kelengkapan dokumen sering kali memperlambat proses, sementara sengketa antar ahli waris turut menjadi faktor penghambat. Upaya sosialisasi dan peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia menjadi langkah penting dalam mengatasi permasalahan ini agar pendaftaran dapat berjalan lebih efektif dan memberikan kepastian hukum bagi masyarakat. The purpose of this research was to analyze the implementation of registration of transfer of land rights due to inheritance in the land office of Pinrang Regency and the factors that hinder the implementation of registration of transfer of inheritance rights in the land office of Pinrang Regency. The research method used was qualitative with normative-empirical approach. The research techniques used by the author were literature studies and interviews with related parties. The results of this research showed that the implementation of registration of transfer of land rights due to inheritance at the Pinrang Regency Land Office was in accordance with applicable procedures, but still faced obstacles such as low public awareness and administrative obstacles. Lack of understanding of the importance of land registration and the completeness of documents often slows down the process, while disputes between heirs also become an inhibiting factor. Socialization efforts and human resource capacity building was important steps in overcoming these problems so that registration can run more effectively and provide legal certainty for the community.]]>
