Kata Kunci: Komunikasi Internal, Koordinasi Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai, Perilaku Organisasi ABSTRACTInternal communication plays an important role in supporting the effectiveness of organizational activities, especially in operational work environments that require high levels of coordination. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the effect of internal communication on employee performance through work coordination as a mediating variable, particularly in port operational environments. This study uses a quantitative approach, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to employees. The sample consisted of 38 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modelling based on Partial Least Square. The results show that internal communication has a positive effect on employee performance and work coordination. In addition, work coordination positively affects employee performance. Furthermore, internal communication also influences employee performance indirectly through work coordination as a mediating variable. These findings indicate that effective communication can improve employee performance both directly and through coordination mechanisms. Therefore, organizations need to strengthen communication and coordination practices to support operational effectiveness, especially in dynamic and complex port environments. Keywords: Internal Communication, Work Coordination, Employee Performance, Organizational Behavior

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of location mobility and samahah service hospitality on mobile coffee sales volume in Medan City, with consumer buying interest as an intervening variable. This research uses a quantitative approach with a sample size of 400 respondents who are consumers of mobile coffee. The data analysis technique employs SmartPLS version 3 through outer model and inner model testing. The results show that location mobility has a negative and significant effect on sales volume, while samahah service hospitality has a positive and significant effect on sales volume. Location mobility and samahah service hospitality have a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest. Consumer buying interest also has a positive and significant effect on sales volume. In addition, consumer buying interest is proven to significantly mediate the effect of location mobility and samahah service hospitality on sales volume. The findings of this study emphasize that high mobility creates a suppressor effect that reduces sales consistency, while implementing ethical hospitality and smart relocation scheduling play an important role in maximizing transaction rates.

Abstract

This study analyzed the empirical influence of experiential marketing assessed through sense (X1), feel (X2), think (X3), act (X4), and relate (X5) on public trust (Y) mediated by service satisfaction (Z) among participants of the Marriage Guidance Program (Bimwin) at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) in Sunggal District. The population in this study comprises participants who completed the program, yielding a valid primary sample size of 185 respondents obtained through purposive sampling, complemented by secondary data from semi-structured interviews with KUA management. The research was conducted from January to March 2026. This study uses quantitative data processed by the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis method using SmartPLS software. The results of the study show that experiential marketing, which consists of sense, feel, think, act, and relate dimensions, has a positive and significant effect on both service satisfaction and public trust. Furthermore, service satisfaction is also found to have a positive and significant effect on public trust. Concurrently, the mediation analysis verified that service satisfaction successfully acts as a potent intervening bridge that mediates the influence of experiential marketing on public trust. The managerial implication of this study is the need for KUA Sunggal to continue to improve the experiential marketing strategy, especially by transforming rigid administrative procedures into humanistic, active-learning experiences, optimizing interaction quality, and maintaining a comfortable environment. This is important to build service satisfaction and ultimately improve the public trust in religious public dawah institutions

Abstract

The development of the modern coffee industry encourages business actors to adopt adaptive business models through enhanced operational agility and location flexibility. This study aims to analyze the integration of operational agility and location flexibility in the mobile coffee business model of Ini Kopi in supporting business performance stability and the creation of competitive advantage. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews, direct observation of the operations of four cart units, and documentation of daily sales data. The findings indicate that operational agility and location flexibility are two strategic factors that are mutually integrated in supporting the performance of the Ini Kopi mobile coffee business model. Through the ability to adjust product variant composition, daily production volume, and adaptive selection of operational locations, the mobile coffee business is able to effectively respond to dynamic market demand. Location flexibility functions as a dynamic capability that strengthens operational agility, enabling the business to reach diverse consumer segments without relying on a single fixed sales point. This study provides a conceptual contribution to the development of MSME research based on business mobility, as well as practical implications for the development of fast-service beverage business models.
