Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve students' soft skills, particularly in teamwork and time management, through optimizing technological literacy among students at SMK YPW Krakatau Steel Cilegon. The main problem faced by partners is the low ability of teamwork and effective time management. This is evident from weak coordination within groups, lack of responsibility in completing assignments, and low student discipline in using time productively. In addition, the use of technology by students still tends to be consumptive and has not been directed to support an effective and productive learning process. The method of implementing the activity uses an integrated approach that combines experiential learning, project-based learning (PjBL), and technological literacy. The stages of the activity include preparation, implementation, mentoring, and monitoring and evaluation. The results of the activity show a significant increase in student competency. Based on the results of observations, positive changes in student attitudes, such as increased participation, communication skills, and responsibility towards tasks. This activity contributes to improving the quality of human resources for vocational high school students through innovative, applicable, technology-based learning that is relevant to the needs of the industrial world. This model is recommended for continued implementation and replication in other vocational education programs.
