Abstract

This study aims to analyze curriculum development management based on needs assessment in Islamic educational institutions and explain the importance of implementing needs assessment in creating relevant and adaptive curricula. This study employed a library research method with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through documentation studies from various scientific journals, books, and articles relevant to the research topic. The data were analyzed using content analysis through data reduction, data presentation, interpretation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that needs assessment plays an important role in identifying the needs of students, institutions, and society as the basis for curriculum development. The stages of curriculum development management include planning, organizing, implementation, and evaluation, which must be carried out systematically. In addition, Islamic educational institutions face various challenges such as limited human resources, technological developments, and the need to maintain a balance between scientific knowledge and Islamic values. Therefore, curriculum development based on needs assessment is considered an effective strategy to improve the quality of Islamic education in order to remain relevant, adaptive, and grounded in Islamic values.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze research design in educational policy, including its approaches, implementation, and challenges in the policy research process. The study employed a qualitative approach using a library research method by reviewing books, scientific journals, and relevant policy documents. Data were collected through documentation studies and analyzed descriptively through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that research design plays an important role in producing evidence-based educational policies that are relevant to educational needs. Three main approaches are commonly used in educational policy research, namely quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methods approaches, each of which has its own characteristics and advantages in analyzing educational policies. The implementation of research design has also been applied in various educational policy studies, such as the evaluation of School Operational Assistance (BOS), the Merdeka Curriculum, and inclusive education policies. In addition, the study found that the main challenges in educational policy research design include limited data access, stakeholder complexity, and gaps between theory and practice in the field. Therefore, a systematic and comprehensive research design is essential to support effective, adaptive, and quality-oriented educational decision-making.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of verification and validation of visitation results in supporting the credibility of educational institution accreditation as part of the educational quality assurance system. The study employed a qualitative approach using a library research method by reviewing scientific literature, journal articles, and official documents related to visitation, verification, validation, and educational accreditation. Data were analyzed descriptively through data reduction, classification, and synthesis techniques. The findings reveal that verification functions to ensure the conformity of visitation data with supporting evidence and documents, while validation aims to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and feasibility of the data as the basis for accreditation decisions. The verification and validation process is conducted systematically through stages of data collection, examination, clarification, validation, and final determination. In addition, the application of objectivity, transparency, accountability, consistency, and professionalism principles plays an essential role in maintaining the quality and credibility of accreditation results. Therefore, verification and validation have a strategic role in improving the credibility of accreditation outcomes and supporting accurate and reliable data-based educational decision-making.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze organizational communication and relationship management from the perspective of hadith and their relevance to the effectiveness of modern organizations. Organizational communication is an important element in the process of delivering information, coordinating work, making decisions, and building harmonious relationships among organizational members. Meanwhile, relationship management plays a role in establishing, maintaining, and strengthening relationships between organizations and both internal and external stakeholders. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a library research approach by examining various scientific literature, books, journals, and hadiths related to communication ethics and social relations in Islam. The results show that organizational communication from the perspective of hadith emphasizes the values of honesty (ṣidq), speaking good words or remaining silent, verification of information (tabayyun), mutual respect, and deliberation in decision-making. Relationship management in Islam is built upon the principles of brotherhood (ukhuwah), trustworthiness (amanah), cooperation, and maintaining good social relationships. The implementation of these hadith values can create effective communication, increase trust, minimize conflicts, and support the achievement of organizational goals optimally. Therefore, organizational communication and relationship management from the perspective of hadith have an important contribution in creating professional organizations that are also grounded in Islamic values.
