Abstract

The implementation of observation activities in the Indonesian 2013 Curriculum is still constrained by limited documentation, fragmented evaluation practices, and the lack of utilization of educational technology to support reflective learning, thus creating a gap between the availability of technology and its meaningful integration in the experiential learning process. This study aims to develop a conceptual framework for a web-based CCTV observation platform that supports reflection and evaluation of learning by integrating Internet of Things (IoT) technology, a web-based learning environment, experiential learning principles, and a phenomenological perspective. This study employs a qualitative conceptual research design using Conceptual Framework Analysis (CFA) and document analysis. Data sources include scientific literature on IoT in education, smart classrooms, analytical learning, CCTV-based observation, experiential learning, and phenomenology, as well as curriculum documents related to the implementation of the Scientific Approach in the 2013 Curriculum. The findings indicate that observation activities are fundamental to knowledge construction and reflective learning, while the CCTV-supported observation system can provide an authentic and continuous record of classroom interactions. This study concludes that a web-based CCTV observation platform based on experiential learning and phenomenological principles can bridge the gap between technological capabilities and meaningful educational practices, thereby supporting the enhancement of continuous learning and reflective evaluation in contemporary education

Abstract

The rapid development of digital media has transformed the social interaction patterns of elementary school children, giving rise to the increasingly concerning phenomenon of Cyberbullying that has received limited scholarly attention at the primary education level. Most previous studies have focused on adolescents and secondary school students, leaving a gap in understanding the forms, causes, and impacts of Cyberbullying among elementary school children who are exposed to digital media from an early age. This study aims to examine the phenomenon of Cyberbullying among elementary school students as part of the broader impact of digital media, focusing on its forms, contributing factors, psychosocial impacts, and the roles of parents, teachers, and schools in prevention and handling. The study employed a descriptive qualitative method through a library research approach, analyzing national journal articles published within the last five years. The findings show that Cyberbullying among elementary school students commonly takes the form of insults, exclusion, and the spreading of personal information through social media, triggered by inadequate parental supervision and intensive social media use, and resulting in decreased self-confidence, anxiety, and social withdrawal. Collaboration among parents, teachers, and schools proved to be the key factor in prevention. This study underscores the importance of strengthening digital literacy from an early age as a sustainable preventive measure.
