Abstract

Taking into account the results of initial reflection on grade V students of MI Darwata Sikampuh for the 2021/2022 school year, namely the low learning outcomes of students' Natural Science (Science) subjects in the Theme 4 Healthy material is Important Sub Theme 1 My Blood Circulation is Healthy, it is necessary to conduct research with the application of the Modeling The Way learning method. This study aims to determine the use of the Modeling The Way learning method and analyze the improvement of learning outcomes of science subjects Theme 4 Healthy is Important Sub Theme 1 My Blood Circulation is Healthy. This research was carried out in Class V MI Darwata Sikampuh in the 2022/2023 academic year. This form of research is Classroom Action Research, research by conducting learning actions in the classroom. The data collection methods used are observation, interviews, tests and documentation. Based on the results of research that has been carried out learning using the modeling the way method conducted in the first cycle shows an average class score of 70.5. The percentage of classical completeness of the first cycle class is 50%, so the percentage of completeness still has to be increased because it does not meet the classical completeness criteria of 75%. The learning outcomes of students in the implementation of the second cycle of PTK showed a class average score of 80.25. These learning outcomes when compared to the results of the first cycle experienced an average score increase of 9.75. The percentage of classical completeness of cycle II class is 85%, then the percentage of classical completeness has been achieved.
