Abstract

This community service activity aims to develop female students' collaborative leadership within the context of local social dynamics through the Islamic and Gender School program organized by KOPRI PMII UIN Mataram. The method employed is a qualitative approach with interactive lectures, focused group discussions, and practical workshops involving 45 female students. The results demonstrate a significant increase in participants' understanding of collaborative leadership models based on Islamic values, with 87% of participants able to identify characteristics of collaborative leadership and 92% showing increased confidence in taking strategic roles in local communities. The discussion encompasses the concept of collaborative leadership in Islamic perspectives, strategies for building networks and partnerships, and women's leadership practices in addressing local social issues. This activity successfully encourages participants to develop leadership initiatives responsive to local community needs while strengthening women's strategic roles in social transformation. In conclusion, the collaborative leadership approach proves effective in empowering female students as agents of change in local social dynamics.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between food price volatility and gender role transformation within households in West Nusa Tenggara Province during 2024. Using a mixed-methods approach that combines statistical analysis of food price data from the Central Bureau of Statistics with qualitative document analysis of family law frameworks, this research reveals that significant fluctuations in staple food prices particularly rice (Rp14,568-Rp16,666/kg), shallots (up to Rp41,736/kg), and beef (around Rp120,000/kg) have created substantial economic pressure on low to middle-income families. The findings demonstrate that economic stress has catalyzed a shift in traditional gender roles, with women increasingly participating in productive economic activities to supplement household income. From a legal perspective, this transformation represents a legitimate form of family cooperation (ta'awun) rather than a violation of traditional breadwinner responsibilities outlined in Marriage Law No. 1/1974 and the Compilation of Islamic Law. The study concludes that food price instability serves as a structural driver of gender role adaptation, necessitating policy interventions that protect dual-income households while maintaining family resilience.

Abstract

This study examines the normative vacuum in the regulation of crypto assets as collateral objects under Indonesian banking law. As digital assets gain traction in the financial ecosystem, the legal framework governing their use as collateral remains underdeveloped and fragmented. Indonesian banking law anchored primarily in Law No. 10 of 1998 on Banking and the Fiduciary Guarantee Law No. 42 of 1999 does not explicitly recognize intangible digital assets such as crypto assets as permissible collateral objects. This legal gap creates uncertainty for both creditors and debtors engaging in crypto-backed lending arrangements. Using a normative legal research approach with statutory, conceptual, and comparative analyses, this study identifies two core issues: first, the extent of the normative gap in existing Indonesian banking law regarding crypto assets as collateral; and second, the legal reconstruction needed to bridge that gap. The findings reveal that current regulations are inadequate to accommodate the dynamic nature of crypto assets and that reform whether through legislative amendment or regulatory issuance by the Financial Services Authority is urgently needed. This study contributes to the growing body of scholarship on digital asset law and provides policy recommendations for Indonesian regulators.
