Abstract

The development of digital technology has driven rapid growth in the e-commerce sector, including sharia-based businesses. Sharia e-commerce refers to buying and selling transactions that comply with Islamic principles, such as honesty, fairness and transparency. This research aims to analyze the concept of responsibility of e-commerce actors in sharia business, identify important aspects in its implementation, and examine government policies in supporting a sharia-based digital economic ecosystem. The research method used is a literature review with a descriptive-analytical approach. The research results show that the responsibilities of sharia e-commerce actors include compliance with transaction agreements, information disclosure, consumer protection, and compliance with regulations. Apart from that, the government plays a role in creating regulations that support and provide education for business actors and the public. Therefore, synergy between business actors, government and consumers is very important in developing e-commerce that is in accordance with sharia principles and is able to compete in the digital era.
