Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengaruh antara variabel kepemimpinan pelayanan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan proaktivitas sebagai variabel pemediasi. Sampel yang digunakansebanyak 265 karyawan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian SEM pada kelima hipotesis, hipotesis pertama menyatakan bahwa semakin kuat kepemimpinan pelayanan maka semakin tinggipengaruh proaktivitas dapat diterima ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi 0.049. Pada hipotesis kedua, ketiga, keempat dan kelima menyatakan bahwa semakin kuat kepemimpinan pelayanan dan budaya organisasi makasemakin tinggi pula pengaruh proaktivitas dan kinerja karyawan dapat diterima dengan nilai signifikansi 0.001. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa proaktivitas mampu memediasi hubungan kausalitas variabel kepemimpinan pelayanan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada perusahaan elektronik di Jawa Tengah.Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Pelayanan; Budaya Organisasi; Proaktivitas; Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

The research objectives are to analyzing the impact of work motivation, work discipline, and work culture on employee performance. CV. Roda Jati The research method used is a quantitative type with an explanatory design. The research subjects were all employees of CV. Roda Jati, totaling 57 people. The method of collecting power used was observation, documents, and questionnaires. The results of the study concluded that: 1) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 0.324 or 32.4%; 2) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance by 0.326 or 32.6%; 3) work culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance by 0.314 or 31.4%; and 4) work motivation, work discipline, and culture have a positive and significant impact on employee performance CV. Roda Jati amounted to 0.321 or 32.1%.

Abstract

AbstractThe success of a government agency in achieving its goals cannot be separated from the participation of employees. The importance of the existence of human resources encourages government agencies to pay attention to matters relating to employee satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of workload, work facilities, and work environment on employee job satisfaction. The population in this study wereall employees as many as 109 respondents. The sampling technique used is the census method. The method of data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression. The results showed that (1) workload had a significant negative effect on employee job satisfaction; (2) work facilities have a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction; (3) the work environment has a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction.Keywords: Workload; Work Facilities; Work Environment; Job SatisfactionAbstrakKeberhasilan suatu instansi pemerintah dalam mencapai tujuan tidak bisa lepas dari peran serta pegawai. Pentingnya keberadaan sumber daya manusia ini mendorong instansi pemerintah untuk memperhatikan hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan kepuasan pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja, fasilitas kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai sebanyak 109 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dipakai yakni metode sensus. Metode analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) beban kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai; (2) fasilitas kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai; (3) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai.Kata Kunci: Beban Kerja; Fasilitas Kerja; Lingkungan Kerja; Kepuasan Kerja

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze and prove the effect of providing additional employee income (TPP), work motivation and work environment at BKPP Semarang City with a population of 78 employees. In this study, the sampling method used was census. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire given to the respondents while the data analysis technique used was multiple regression analysis. The results of this study state that TPP has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, motivation has a negative and insignificant effect, while the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

In order to examine how work motivation mediates the link between hard skills, soft skills, and work preparedness, this study focuses on seventh-semester management students who completed internships at Dian Nuswantoro University during the 2025-2026 academic year. The purpose of the research is to look at how different types of abilities, both hard and soft, affect job readiness and motivation. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) and SmartPLS 4 were used for statistical analysis of the survey data. Students in their seventh semester of management programs who had completed internships were selected using a purposive sample technique. The results demonstrate that students' employment readiness is positively and significantly affected by their job motivation, which is affected by both their hard and soft skills. Mediation studies have shown that intrinsic job motivation strengthens the relationship between job readiness, hard skills, and soft skills. The R² value for work readiness is 0.751, which means that Hard Skills, Soft Skills, and Work Motivation together explain 75.1% of the variation. In contrast, the R² value for work motivation is 0.685, which suggests that Hard Skills and Soft Skills account for 68.5% of the variation. This study's findings highlight the importance of internships in enhancing management students' job motivation, technical competence, and interpersonal skills in order to better prepare them for the profession upon graduation. This study presents strong evidence that schools should focus on helping students improve their hard skills, soft skills, and motivation for the job as important strategies for preparing them for the workforce.

Abstract

The development of social media encourages companies to untilize digital marketing strategies to influence consumer behavior, especially Generation Z who actively access product information online. This study aims to analyze the influencer of content marketing, influencer marketing and brand image on purchasing decisions for Scarlett parfume among Generation Z in Semarang City. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires to 119 respondents selected using a purposivesampling method. The research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression supported by validity tests, reability tests, clasicial assumption tests, t- tests, F tests, and coefficients of determination. The result show that content marketing, Infleunce marketing, and Brand image have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Scarlett parfume. In addition, brand image is the most dominant variablein influence consumer purchasing decisions. Thecoefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.364 indicates that 36.4% of the variation in purchasing decisions can be explained by these three variables, while the remaining 63.6% is influenced by other factors outside theresearch model. These findings indicate that an effective digital marketing strategy through engaging content, credible influencer endorsment and a strong brand image can increase consumer interest and purchasing decisions towards Scarlett parfume product.
