This study aims to examine, analyze, and synthesize various literature related to the effectiveness of webinars in improving teachers’ competencies, including pedagogical, professional, personal, and social competencies in Indonesia. The study employed a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method by adapting the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) guidelines. The literature search process was conducted through Google Scholar, Portal Garuda, and SINTA Kemdikbudristek databases, covering publications from 2020 to 2026. Based on the selection process using inclusion and exclusion criteria, 10 relevant articles were obtained and systematically analyzed. The findings indicate that webinars are considered effective, practical, and efficient in supporting the improvement of teachers’ competencies, particularly in professional and pedagogical aspects, such as mastery of digital learning technologies and scientific writing skills. However, webinar implementation still faces challenges, including limited internet infrastructure and low participant interactivity during training sessions. These findings provide important implications for governments and training providers in designing more interactive, adaptive, and sustainable webinar programs to support teacher competency development in the digital era. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji, menganalisis, dan menyintesis berbagai literatur terkait efektivitas webinar dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru yang meliputi kompetensi pedagogik, profesional, kepribadian, dan sosial di Indonesia. Penelitian menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan mengadaptasi pedoman PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses). Proses pencarian literatur dilakukan melalui basis data Google Scholar, Portal Garuda, dan SINTA Kemdikbudristek dengan rentang publikasi tahun 2020–2026. Berdasarkan hasil seleksi sesuai kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi, diperoleh 10 artikel yang relevan untuk dianalisis secara sistematis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa webinar dinilai efektif, praktis, dan efisien dalam mendukung peningkatan kompetensi guru, terutama pada aspek profesional dan pedagogik, seperti penguasaan teknologi pembelajaran digital serta kemampuan penulisan karya ilmiah. Implementasi webinar masih menghadapi kendala berupa keterbatasan infrastruktur jaringan internet dan rendahnya interaktivitas peserta selama pelatihan berlangsung. Temuan penelitian ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi pemerintah dan penyelenggara pelatihan dalam merancang program webinar yang lebih interaktif, adaptif, dan berkelanjutan guna mendukung pengembangan kompetensi pendidik di era digital.
