Abstract

ABSTRACT Digital transformation in education has encouraged changes in teacher management and performance evaluation systems through technology-based platforms, one of which is Ruang GTK. However, the implementation of digital systems in teacher performance assessment still faces challenges related to implementation effectiveness, administrative procedures, and user readiness at the school level. In addition, empirical studies examining the implementation of Ruang GTK in teacher performance assessment remain limited. Therefore, this study is important to provide an overview of how digital systems support teacher performance evaluation in a more structured, transparent, and well-documented manner. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Ruang GTK system in teacher performance assessment at UPTD SMP Negeri 1 Makmur, Bireuen Regency. The study employed a descriptive qualitative approach supported by simple quantitative data. The research subjects consisted of 20 teachers, including civil servant teachers, PPPK teachers, and regional honorary teachers. Data were collected through system documentation and observation using the Ruang GTK dashboard, which contained information on performance practices, work behavior, performance ratings, assessment completion status, and data submission status. The findings revealed that 95% of teachers had completed the performance assessment process, and 95% of the assessment data had been successfully submitted through the system. In addition, 95% of teachers obtained a “Good” performance rating based on the evaluation results in the Ruang GTK platform. These findings indicate that the Ruang GTK system is capable of supporting teacher performance assessment in a systematic, documented, and digitally integrated manner. Nevertheless, minor obstacles were still identified in several data submission and assessment completion processes, indicating the need for further assistance and optimization in the implementation of digital systems in schools. ABSTRAK Transformasi digital dalam pendidikan mendorong perubahan sistem pengelolaan dan penilaian kinerja guru melalui platform berbasis teknologi, salah satunya Ruang GTK. Namun, implementasi sistem digital pada penilaian kinerja guru masih menghadapi tantangan terkait efektivitas pelaksanaan, keterlaksanaan administrasi, dan kesiapan pengguna di tingkat sekolah. Selain itu, kajian empiris mengenai implementasi Ruang GTK pada proses penilaian kinerja guru di sekolah masih terbatas. Penelitian ini penting dilakukan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai pelaksanaan sistem digital dalam mendukung penilaian kinerja guru secara lebih terstruktur, transparan, dan terdokumentasi. Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis implementasi sistem Ruang GTK dalam penilaian kinerja guru di UPTD SMP Negeri 1 Makmur Kabupaten Bireuen. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan dukungan data kuantitatif sederhana. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas 20 guru yang meliputi guru PNS, PPPK, dan honorer daerah. Data diperoleh melalui dokumentasi dan observasi sistem dengan memanfaatkan dashboard Ruang GTK yang memuat data praktik kinerja, perilaku kerja, predikat kinerja, status penyelesaian penilaian, dan status pengiriman data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 95% guru telah menyelesaikan penilaian kinerja dan 95% data penilaian telah berhasil dikirim melalui sistem. Selain itu, sebanyak 95% guru memperoleh predikat kinerja “Baik” berdasarkan hasil evaluasi pada platform Ruang GTK. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem Ruang GTK mampu mendukung pelaksanaan penilaian kinerja guru secara sistematis, terdokumentasi, dan terintegrasi secara digital. Namun demikian, masih terdapat kendala pada sebagian kecil proses pengiriman dan penyelesaian data penilaian yang memerlukan optimalisasi pendampingan dan penguatan implementasi sistem digital di sekolah.
