Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, kecerdasan emosional, dan prestasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT Telkom Indonesia Regional 7 Makassar. Kepuasan kerja menjadi salah satu faktor penting dalam mendukung efektivitas organisasi karena tingkat kepuasan kerja pegawai berhubungan langsung dengan loyalitas, produktivitas, kualitas pelayanan, dan stabilitas hubungan kerja di dalam perusahaan. Lingkungan kerja yang nyaman mampu membantu pegawai meningkatkan konsentrasi dan efektivitas pelaksanaan pekerjaan, sedangkan kecerdasan emosional membantu pegawai menjaga kestabilan psikologis ketika menghadapi tekanan pekerjaan dan dinamika organisasi perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian explanatory research. Populasi penelitian merupakan seluruh karyawan PT Telkom Indonesia Regional 7 Makassar dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden penelitian. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS melalui uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji parsial, uji simultan, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja dan kecerdasan emosional memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, sedangkan prestasi kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai PT Telkom Indonesia Regional 7 Makassar. Lingkungan kerja menjadi variabel yang memiliki pengaruh paling dominan terhadap kepuasan kerja karena kenyamanan lingkungan kerja dan hubungan sosial yang harmonis membantu pegawai meningkatkan semangat kerja dan kualitas pelayanan perusahaan. Kondisi tersebut memperlihatkan bahwa perusahaan perlu memperhatikan kualitas lingkungan kerja dan pengembangan kecerdasan emosional pegawai guna meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dan efektivitas organisasi secara berkelanjutan. This study aims to analyze the influence of work environment, emotional intelligence, and work performance on employee job satisfaction at PT Telkom Indonesia Regional 7 Makassar. Job satisfaction has become an important factor in supporting organizational effectiveness because the level of employee job satisfaction is directly related to loyalty, productivity, service quality, and the stability of working relationships within the company. A conducive work environment can help employees improve concentration and work effectiveness, while emotional intelligence assists employees in maintaining psychological stability when facing work pressure and organizational dynamics. This study employed a quantitative approach using explanatory research methods. The research population consisted of all employees at PT Telkom Indonesia Regional 7 Makassar, while the sampling technique used simple random sampling. Data collection techniques were conducted through observation, documentation, and questionnaire distribution to respondents. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS through validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis, partial tests, simultaneous tests, and coefficient of determination analysis. The results showed that the work environment and emotional intelligence had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, while work performance did not have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT Telkom Indonesia Regional 7 Makassar. The work environment was identified as the most dominant variable influencing job satisfaction because a comfortable work environment and harmonious social relationships help employees improve work enthusiasm and company service quality. These findings indicate that companies need to improve the quality of the work environment and strengthen employees’ emotional intelligence development in order to enhance job satisfaction and organizational effectiveness sustainably.
