Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of business knowledge, financial management and motivation on the development of MSMEs in Wonosari District, Klaten Regency. This research uses quantitative research methods. The population of this study were SMEs in Wonosari District, Klaten Regency with a sample size of 194 SMEs. The sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling with sampling insidental sub-technique. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained indicate that: (1) Business knowledge has a positive effect on the development of MSMEs in Wonosari District, Klaten Regency. (2) Financial management has a positive effect on the development of MSMEs in Wonosari District, Klaten Regency. (3) Motivation has a positive effect on the development of MSMEs in Wonosari District, Klaten Regency. (4) Business knowledge, financial management and motivation have a positive effect on the development of MSMEs in Wonosari District, Klaten Regency.
