Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh self efficacy dan soft skill terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan subjek penelitian mahasiswa Undiksha yang memiliki pengalaman atau masih menjadi pengurus inti organisasi kemahasiswaan, dengan objek penelitian self efficacy, soft skill, dan kesiapan kerja. Pemilihan mahasiswa organisasi di Undiksha didasarkan pada peran organisasi kemahasiswaan sebagai wadah pengembangan kemampuan interpersonal, kepemimpinan, komunikasi, dan kerja sama yang relevan dengan kebutuhan dunia kerja. Selain itu, Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha dipilih karena memiliki jumlah organisasi kemahasiswaan yang aktif dan beragam sehingga memberikan peluang bagi mahasiswa untuk mengembangkan pengalaman nonakademik yang dapat mendukung kesiapan kerja mereka. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan teknik incidental sampling dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 130 responden. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) self efficacy dan soft skill berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa Undiksha, (2) self efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa Undiksha, dan (3) soft skill berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa Undiksha. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan kesiapan kerja dapat dilakukan dengan memperkuat self efficacy melalui pengalaman keberhasilan, dukungan sosial, serta pengelolaan emosi yang positif, serta pengembangan soft skill seperti komunikasi, kerja sama tim, dan kemampuan beradaptasi sehingga mahasiswa lebih siap menghadapi dunia kerja. This study was conducted to examine the influence of self efficacy and soft skills on the work readiness of students at Ganesha University of Education. This study employed a quantitative approach, with the research subjects being Undiksha students who have experience or are currently serving as core members of student organizations, and the research variables being self efficacy, soft skills, and work readiness. The selection of student organization members at Undiksha was based on the role of student organizations as a forum for developing interpersonal, leadership, communication, and collaboration skills relevant to the needs of the workforce. Additionally, Ganesha University of Education was chosen because it has a large number of active and diverse student organizations, providing students with opportunities to develop non-academic experiences that can support their work readiness. The sampling method used in this study employed non probability sampling with incidental sampling techniques, and the sample size consisted of 130 respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that (1) self efficacy and soft skills simultaneously influence the work readiness of Undiksha students, (2) self efficacy has a positive and significant effect on the work readiness of Undiksha students, and (3) soft skills have a positive and significant effect on the work readiness of Undiksha students. Therefore, work readiness can be improved by strengthening self efficacy through experiences of success, social support, and positive emotion regulation, as well as by developing soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and adaptability, so that students are better prepared to face the working world.
