Implementasi mobile syncing dengan konsep onwcloud ini dibutuhkan karena pertukaran atau sharing data seperti gambar, video, dan file lainnya lebih mudah diakses dan praktis. Kemudian kerahasiaan data antar karyawan, lebih terjamin karena berbasis owncloud. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode mobile syncing. Mobile syncing mengijinkan untuk penyimpanan dua atau lebih versi dari file yang sama, yang tersimpan pada komputer dan pada jaringan folder, identik satu sama lain. Metode tersebut melalui tahapan-tahapan antara lain: implementasi, konfigurasi dan sinkronisasi data. Dari penerapan tersebut diketahui bahwa perangkat lunak owncloud ini menunjang penyimpanan data baik, yaitu pada aplikasi owncloud yang telah disinkronisasi sehingga owncloud tersebut bisa berjalan secara baik dan lancar ketika digunakan, seperti berupa video, image, teks agar dapat diakses di jaringan intranet maupun internet.
