Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi persepsi masyarakat Jorong Aia Tabik terhadap perbankan syariah dan merumuskan strategi penguatan persepsi positif. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, melibatkan wawancara mendalam dengan pengguna, calon pengguna, dan tokoh masyarakat, serta observasi langsung aktivitas perbankan syariah di wilayah tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi persepsi masyarakat meliputi pemahaman prinsip syariah, kepercayaan terhadap produk dan jasa, ketersediaan produk, kualitas pelayanan, serta edukasi dan sosialisasi. Strategi penguatan persepsi yang disarankan mencakup peningkatan sosialisasi, pengembangan produk dan jasa, perbaikan kualitas pelayanan, kerja sama dengan tokoh masyarakat, dan pemanfaatan teknologi. This study aims to identify factors influencing the perception of the Aia Tabik community toward Islamic banking and to formulate strategies to strengthen positive perceptions. The research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design, involving in-depth interviews with users, potential users, and community figures, as well as direct observation of Islamic banking activities in the area. The results indicate that factors affecting community perception include understanding of Sharia principles, trust in products and services, product availability, service quality, and education and socialization. Recommended strategies to strengthen perceptions include enhancing socialization, developing products and services, improving service quality, collaborating with community leaders, and utilizing technology.
