Abstrak - Transformasi digital menjadi kebutuhan strategis bagi lembaga pendidikan berbasis pesantren dalam menghadapi dinamika ekonomi kreatif dan persaingan usaha yang semakin terbuka. Pondok Pesantren Darunnajah sebagai salah satu pesantren besar di Indonesia memiliki Departemen Bidang Usaha yang mengelola berbagai unit bisnis, mulai dari jasa pendidikan, perdagangan, hingga produk kreatif santri. Namun, pengelolaan usaha tersebut masih menghadapi tantangan berupa keterbatasan jangkauan pemasaran, pencatatan bisnis yang belum terintegrasi, serta minimnya pemanfaatan teknologi informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model pengelolaan bisnis dan ekonomi kreatif di Departemen Bidang Usaha Pondok Pesantren Darunnajah melalui pemanfaatan website berbasis sistem informasi dengan pendekatan Business Model Canvas (BMC). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan rekayasa sistem, meliputi tahap identifikasi kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, pengembangan website, uji coba dan validasi, pelatihan dan pendampingan, serta publikasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan website yang dirancang berdasarkan sembilan elemen BMC mampu meningkatkan visibilitas usaha pesantren, memperluas jaringan pemasaran, serta mendukung proses digitalisasi bisnis secara berkelanjutan. Darunnajah Islamic Boarding School, one of the largest Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia, has a Business Department that manages various business units, ranging from educational services and trade to creative products for students. However, the management of these businesses still faces challenges such as limited marketing reach, unintegrated business records, and minimal use of information technology. This study aims to develop a business and creative economy management model in the Business Department of Darunnajah Islamic Boarding School through the use of an information system-based website using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research with a systems engineering approach, encompassing the stages of needs identification, system design, website development, testing and validation, training and mentoring, and publication and documentation. The results show that utilizing a website designed based on the nine BMC elements can increase the visibility of the Islamic boarding school business, expand its marketing network, and support the ongoing digitalization process.
