Abstract

Abstrak - Salah satu kendala dalam pembuatan jadwal kegiatan yakni bila terjadi bentrok atau konflik antar kegiatan tersebut. Umumnya parameter yang konflik tersebut yakni user, waktu, dan peserta. Perihal ruang/ruangan bisa diantisipasi dengan penyediaan alokasi jumlah lebih besar atau sama dengan jadwal yang tersedia. Perbedaan user dan peserta berada pada level prioritas, misalkan dosen sebagai user dan mahasiswa sebagai peserta. Pertemuan dua atau lebih jadwal kegiatan yang diisi oleh variabel user, peserta dan/atau waktu jam kegiatan akan semakin kompleks seiring dengan jumlah tempat terbatas, sedangkan peserta dan/atau waktu jam kegiatan semakin banyak. Seperti sebelumya sudah disampaikan bahwa ada berbagai contoh persoalan yang ditemukan di lapangan seperti: kegiatan perkuliahan di kampus, jadwal rapat pimpinan atau pejabat tinggi sebuah lembaga; bahkan transportasi. Keragaman setiap variabel yang saling mempengaruhi pada jadwal kegiatan akan meningkatkan jumlah iterasi pencarian jadwal yang optimal. Pada penelitian ini telah dilakukan serangkaian model-model pengujian dengan Algoritma Genetika untuk memperoleh pemilihan jadwal kegiatan yang optimal dari sejumlah iterasi yang diujicoba. Sampling kasus diambil dari kegiatan proses pembelajaran di suatu kampus dengan variabel dari tiga tabel populasi yakni: Dosen Pengajar matakuliah, Jadwal waktu perkuliahan, dan Nama Kelas perkuliahan. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah perumusan masalah, pemilihan metode, pengumpulan data, analisis data, hingga penarikan kesimpulan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pemrograman dengan pilihan bahasa pemrograman Python; beserta fungsi-fungsi pustaka yang dimilikinya, untuk menerapkan Algoritma Genetika. Adapun metode pemrograman yang digunakan adalah function method. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh bahwa dibutuhkan minimal satu kali iterasi untuk mendapatkan jadwal yang lebih baik dengan melakukan optimalisasi parameter jadwal waktu perkuliahan. Dan disimpulkan bahwa sejumlah iterasi simulasi telah memperoleh hasil optimal dengan dipengaruhi oleh jumlah variasi jadwal waktu perkuliahan. Generally, the conflicting parameters are users, time, and participants. Regarding place or room, it can be anticipated by providing an allocation of a larger or equal amount to the available schedule. The difference between users and participants is at the priority level, for example lecturers as users and students as participants. The intersection of two or more activity schedules filled with user, participant and/or activity time variables will be increasingly complex as the number of places is limited, while participants and/or activity time are increasing. As previously stated, there are various examples of problems found in the field such as: lecture activities on campus, meeting schedules for leaders or high-ranking officials of an institution; even transportation. The diversity of each variable that influences each other on the activity schedule will increase the number of iterations of searching for the optimal schedule. In this research, a series of testing models have been carried out with the Genetic Algorithm to obtain the selection of the optimal activity schedule from a number of iterations that have been tested. Case sampling was taken from learning process activities on a campus with variables from three population tables, namely: Lecturers, Lecture Schedule, and Class Name. The research methodology used is problem formulation, method selection, data collection, data analysis, and till to obtain research conclusions. The method used is programming with the Python programming language; along with the library functions it has, to implement the Genetic Algorithm. The programming method used is the function method. The results of the study obtained that it takes at least one iteration to get a better schedule by optimizing the parameters of the lecture schedule. And it is concluded that a number of simulation iterations have obtained optimal results influenced by the number of variations in the lecture schedule. Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in the national economy, yet frequently encounter obstacles in adopting digital technology due to infrastructural limitations. Siomay Oishii, a culinary MSME located in Bandung and the partner of this community service program, faced constraints in expanding its market reach and operational efficiency due to limited digital marketing literacy and unstable internet connectivity. This community service program aimed to strengthen telecommunication network infrastructure to support the digital sales and marketing system of Siomay Oishii. The program was implemented in three stages: (1) needs analysis and installation of supporting telecommunication network devices, (2) digital marketing management training, and (3) intensive assistance in online-based sales operations. To contextualize the importance of network infrastructure at the national level, this program was also supported by a public opinion survey on telecommunication network quality perception in Indonesia. The results indicate an improvement in the quality of network connectivity used by the partner, along with an increased capability to independently operate online sales platforms. These outcomes reflect the essential role of telecommunication network infrastructure as a foundation for accelerating digital transformation among culinary MSMEs
