Abstrak - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja jaringan komputer di Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM) Kabupaten Tasikmalaya menggunakan parameter Quality of Service (QoS). Evaluasi dilakukan terhadap empat parameter utama, yaitu throughput, packet loss, delay, dan jitter, dengan memanfaatkan software Wireshark untuk menangkap lalu lintas jaringan di tujuh titik lokasi pengukuran. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa throughput tertinggi terdapat di ruang PPIK (5.797 Kbps) dan terendah di ruang PKAP (1.576 Kbps), Packet loss tertinggi terjadi di ruangan PSDA sebesar 9,9%, sementara delay tertinggi tercatat di ruang Podcast sebesar 298,07 ms. Nilai final score TIPHON menunjukkan bahwa Ruang Mutasi memperoleh nilai sempurna (4,0/100%), sementara Ruang Aula, PPIK, Sekretariat, dan PKAP memperoleh nilai 3,5 (87,5%), sedangkan Ruang PSDA memperoleh nilai terendah 2,75 (68,75%). Faktor utama penyebab penurunan kualitas jaringan adalah distribusi sinyal Wi-Fi yang tidak merata, jarak yang jauh dari pemancar utama, serta hambatan fisik berupa dinding beton. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penambahan Access Point di Ruang PSDA dan PKAP sebagai prioritas utama, redesain penempatan perangkat, serta penerapan load balancing untuk meningkatkan stabilitas dan kinerja jaringan secara keseluruhan. The evaluation was conducted by measuring four main QoS parameters: throughput, packet loss, delay, and jitter. Network traffic data was captured using Wireshark software at seven strategic measurement points within the BKPSDM building. The measurement results show that the highest throughput was recorded in the PPIK room (5,797 Kbps), while the lowest was found in the PKAP room (1.576 Kbps). The highest packet loss occurred in the PSDA room at 9.9%, whereas the highest delay was recorded in the Podcast room at 298.07 ms. The final TIPHON score indicates that the Mutasi room achieved a perfect score (4.0/100%), while the Aula, PPIK, Sekretariat, and PKAP rooms scored 3.5 (87.5%), and the PSDA room obtained the lowest score of 2.75 (68.75%). These issues were primarily caused by the long distance from the central Wi-Fi transmitter and physical obstacles such as concrete walls. This study recommends adding Access Points in weak signal areas (especially PSDA and PKAP Rooms) as the main priority, redesigning the placement and configuration of Wi-Fi transmitters, and implementing load balancing techniques to improve network stability and overall performance.
