Abstract

Aplikasi Mobile JKN yang dikembangkan BPJS Kesehatan memungkinkan pasien untuk melakukan pendaftaran rawat jalan secara online sehingga diharapkan dapat mengurangi waktu tunggu dan mempermudah akses pelayanan yang diberikan. Namun, implementasi sistem ini masih menghadapi kendala teknis dan variasi tingkat kepuasan pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh sistem pendaftaran online Mobile JKN terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat jalan di Rumah Sakit TK.II Pelamonia Makassar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian cross sectional. Sampel penelitian dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 43 responden ditentukan dengan metode purposive random sampling dari populasi pasien rawat jalan pengguna Mobile JKN. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan kepuasan pasien terhadap kualitas sistem yaitu responden yang menyatakan tidak puas sebanyak 31 (72,1%) dan responden yang menyatakan puas yaitu 12 (27,9%), sedangkan untuk kualitas layanan yaitu responden yang menyatakan puas sebanyak 28 (65,1%) dan responden yang menyatakan tidak puas yaitu 15 (34,9%). Aspek kemudahan penggunaan, kecepatan proses, keandalan sistem, keakuratan informasi, dan keamanan data menjadi faktor utama yang dapat memengaruhi tingkat kepuasan pasien. Pasien yang menilai sistem pendaftaran cepat dan mudah digunakan cenderung memberikan tingkat kepuasan yang lebih tinggi.

Abstract

Background: Advances in information technology now play an important role in various sectors of life, one of which is the health sector. One form of information technology implementation that is currently a global trend in health services is Electronic Medical Records (EMR). This study aims to assess the extent of the implementation of electronic medical records in inpatient services at Labuang Baji Regional General Hospital (RSUD) in South Sulawesi Province. Research Method: This type of research uses a mixed-method approach, which is a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods to obtain a more comprehensive understanding of the implementation of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) in hospitals. The quantitative approach is used through descriptive-analytic research design with a cross-sectional approach, as well as the application of the DOQ-IT (Digital Organizational Quality - Implementation Tool) method.Sample: The sample size was 71 employees involved in the use of electronic medical records at Labuang Baji Regional General Hospital (RSUD) in South Sulawesi Province. Research Results: The quantitative results show that the implementation of EMR in the human resources component scored 3.75, which falls into the "sufficiently meets" category. The infrastructure and budget components obtained an average score of 3.89, also in the "sufficiently meets" category. The average score for the organizational work culture component was 3.99, which falls into the "sufficiently meets" category. The governance and leadership component got the highest score, which was 4.22, and falls into the "meets" category. Conclusion: The overall implementation of EMR falls into the "sufficiently meets" category with an average score of 3.96.
