Abstract

Kultur antera merupakan salah satu teknologi mempercepat program pemuliaan tanaman dalam menghasilkan varietas unggul padi. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui keragaan agronomi dan hasil galur-galur dihaploid dibeberapa lokasi. Penelitian dilakukan di 3 lokasi yaitu Subang, Malang dan Cianjur dengan menggunakan rancangan kelompok lengkap teracak terdiri dari 35 galur dihaploid padi sebagai perlakuan dan 3 varietas pembanding yaitu Ciherang, Inpari 13, Inpara 5. Masing - masing perlakuan di ulang sebanyak 3 kali. Unit percobaan terdiri atas petak dengan ukuran 3 m x 3 m dengan jarak tanam 25 cm x 25 cm. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa interaksi genotipe dan lingkungan berpengaruh nyata terhadap karakter tinggi tanaman, jumlah anakan produktif, jumlah gabah isi per malai, persentase gabah isi per malai, jumlah gabah total, umur berbunga 50%, umur panen, panjang malai, bobot 1000 butir dan produktivitas. Ragam genetik dan nilai duga heritabilitas dari semua parameter termasuk dalam kategori tinggi berkisar antara 1.57 – 458.51 dan 0.58 – 0.96, kecuali karakter jumlah anakan produktif (0.24) dan produktivitas (0.43) memiliki nilai heritabilitas sedang. Berdasarkan nilai indeks terboboti dengan peubah produktivitas, jumlah anakan produktif, jumlah gabah isi per malai, persentase gabah isi per malai, bobot 1000 butir dan umur panen diperoleh 14 galur dihaploid padi sawah.

Abstract

Business feasibility analysis is an activity that studies in depth about a business or business being run, in order to determine whether or not the business is feasible to run. The Satya Gemilang Women Farmers Group in Sindangsari Village manages a household-scale banana chips business with a simple production process. This business is a source of additional income for the women of the Satya Gemilang Women Farmers Group (KWT). This study aims to analyze the feasibility and profitability of the banana chips business managed by the Satya Gemilang Women Farmers Group (KWT) in Sindangsari Village, Sajira District, Lebak Regency. This study was conducted in January 2026 with the research methods used being descriptive and quantitative analysis. Data analysis was carried out using the R/C ratio and profitability techniques. The results of the study indicate that the KWT Satya Gemilang banana chips business has promising prospects and provides financial benefits with a net income of Rp 734,500/per month. Based on the analysis results, the R/C ratio value of 1.25 indicates that it meets the financial feasibility requirements, which means the income generated is sufficient to cover production costs and generate profits. The profitability level of the KWT Satya Gemilang banana chips business is 20.55%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) and formulate marketing strategies for the banana chips production business at KWT Satya Gemilang. This descriptive research was conducted from July to August 2026, utilizing primary data gathered through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed using the SWOT analysis framework. The results indicate that the group's strengths lie in the utilization of home yards and strong group resilience, whereas weaknesses include uneven member participation and production capacity that cannot yet meet modern market demand. External opportunities consist of financial support from Biofarma Bandung and BAZNAS, alongside market potentials through local stores and social media. Meanwhile, threats include suboptimal aid fund distribution and members' time constraints due to other occupations. Based on the SWOT matrix, the business is positioned in Quadrant III (Turnaround Strategy / W-O), indicating high market opportunities constrained by internal weaknesses. Therefore, the strategic focus is directed toward mitigating internal challenges through member capacity building, maximizing local resources, and strengthening partnerships to capture market opportunities effectively.
