Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman model through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions, while data validity testing is carried out through triangulation of sources, techniques, and time. The results of the study show that the moral values of social media use of students are reflected through digital courtesy, social empathy, responsibility, cooperation, and digital communication ethics. The process of internalization of character values takes place through digital role models of teachers, moral communication habits, value reinforcement, and digital social interactions of students. Obstacles and challenges of the study include low digital literacy of students, limited monitoring of digital activities, maintaining consistency of character behavior, and creating a positive and sustainable school digital culture.

Abstract

This study employed a qualitative research design with a phenomenological approach. The informants of the study consisted of students as the primary informants; the principal and teachers as the key informants; and parents and educational support staff as the supporting informants. Data collection techniques were conducted through interviews, observations, and documentation, while data analysis involved data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicated that the implementation of MBG helped establish students' learning readiness, shape the regularity of school activities, and create a more conducive learning atmosphere. The MBG program also had an impact on increasing students' learning focus through enhanced concentration, learning stamina, and student motivation. Furthermore, MBG provided a social impact in the form of increased social interaction, togetherness, and student discipline in school activities. From an economic perspective, this program helped reduce a portion of the students' families' daily consumption expenditures. Consequently, the Free Nutritious Meal Program does not only function as a nutritional fulfillment program but also contributes to the formation of the learning environment, social behavior, and the welfare of the students' families.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the social interaction patterns of the principal and teachers, understand the application of inclusive values in school social interactions, and identify structural and cultural barriers in building an inclusive organizational climate at the UPT SDN Kohala No. 10 Selayar Islands. This study uses a qualitative research type with a phenomenological approach. The research location was carried out at the UPT SDN Kohala No. 10 Selayar Islands for six months. The main informant of the study was the principal, while key informants consisted of several teachers who actively interacted in the school organization. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity tests were carried out using triangulation of sources, techniques, and time. The results of the study indicate that the social interaction patterns between the principal and teachers develop through open two-way communication, collective work coordination, and social relationships built in an atmosphere of family and mutual trust. Inclusive values are understood as attitudes of equality, openness, respect, and togetherness that are applied in the daily life of the school organization. The obstacles found consisted of structural obstacles in the form of time constraints, workload, geographical conditions of the islands, and limited facilities, as well as cultural obstacles in the form of seniority, feelings of embarrassment, and potential communication misunderstandings.
