Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah akad murabahah BSI Kantor Cabang Sibolga berpengaruh terhadap Pertumbuhan UMKM di Kota Sibolga. Variabel d alam penelitian ini adalah akad murabahah BSI Kantor Cabang Sibolga (X) dan pengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan UMKM di Kota Sibolga (Y). Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu pelaku UMKM yang menggunakan akad murabahah BSI Kantor Cabang Sibolga yang berjumlah 73 orang yang dijumlah menggunakan rumus slovin. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan penyebaran kuesioner/angket. Peneltian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yaitu dengan penyajian hasil penelitian dalam bentuk angka-angka atau statistik guna menguji hipotesis dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 22 for windows. Berdasarkan hasil uji parsial/uji t variabbel Akad murabahah pada BSI Kantor Cabang Sibolga (X) memiliki nilai thitung = 5,269 dan ttabel = 0,230. Maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa thitung>ttabel (5,269 > 0,230) atau nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Dengan demikian maka, H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima yang artinya variabel akad murabahah BSI Kantor Cabang Sibolga (X) secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan UMKM di Kota Palopo (Y) dan berdasarkan hasil uji determinasi (R2) nilai adjusted R Square sebesar 0,271 atau 27,1%. Yang artinya pengaruh variabel akad murabahah BSI Kantor Cabang Sibolga (X) terhadap variabel pengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan UMKM di Kota Sibolga (Y) sebesar 27,1%. Sedangkan sisanya yaitu 72,9% Pengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan UMKM dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak disebutkan dalam penelitian ini atau sebab-sebab lain diluar model.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of work motivation, work discipline, and office facilities on employee performance.This research is a quantitative study.The population in this study consists of employees of the Regional Civil Service Agency Office of Medan City.The determination of the research sample uses the saturated sampling technique, meaning the sample is the entire population.The sample in this study consisted of 31 respondents.The data collection instrument used was a questionnaire.The independent variables are work motivation, work discipline, and office facilities, while the dependent variable is employee performance at the Regional Personnel Agency Office of Medan City.The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression.All statements are valid, reliable, and normal.The findings of this research are as follows:The results of the study on work motivation, work discipline, and office facilities simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with Fhitung 4.787 > Ftabel 2.96 and a significant probability of 0.008 < 0.05.Therefore, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning the hypothesis is accepted.Based on the t-test results on work motivation, a t-value of 2.080 > t-table 1.703 and a significance level of 0.047 < 0.05 were obtained, thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that work motivation partially has a significant effect on employee performance.The results of the t-test on work discipline obtained a t-value of 1.138 < t-table 1.703 and a significance level of 0.265 > 0.05, therefore Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, meaning that work discipline does not have a significant partial effect on employee performance.The results of the t-test on office facilities obtained a t-value of 0.478 < t-table 1.703 and a significance level of 0.637 > 0.05, thus Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, meaning that partially, office facilities do not have a significant effect on employee performance.From the results of this study, it is also known that the coefficient of determination (R square) is 0.347, meaning that 34.7% of employee performance at the Regional Civil Service Agency Office of Medan City is influenced by work motivation, work discipline, and office facilities.Meanwhile, the remaining 65.3% is influenced by other variables that were not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether service quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Bank Sumut Percut Sei Tuan Branch, Deli Serdang Regency, and to determine whether product quality has a significant positive effect on employee performance regarding customer satisfaction at PT. Bank Sumut Percut Sei Tuan Branch, Deli Serdang Regency.The population in this study consists of customers of PT. Bank Sumut Branch Percut Sei Tuan, Deli Serdang Regency. According to Roscoe's theory, the sample in this study amounts to 80 respondents, which is considered adequate and sufficient for this research.The type of research is quantitative research, which is a research method based on positivist philosophy, used to study a specific population or sample.Using multiple linear regression statistical analysis techniques.Thus, the results obtained from this research were obtainedThe quality of service partially has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.This is indicated by the value that t-count X1 (8.151) > t-table (1.98) and p-value (0.000) <0.05,The quality of the product partially has a significant effect on customer satisfaction.This is indicated by the t-statistic value X2 (3.592) > t-table (1.98) and p-value (0.001) <0.05. This is indicated by the t-count value X2 (3.592) > t-table (1.98) and p-value (0.001) <0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the work environment and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) in Medan City. The objectives to be achieved in this study are: 1) To determine the impact of the work environment on employee performance at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Syariah in Medan City, 2) To determine the work motivation of employees at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Syariah in Medan City. The research method used is the quantitative method. The population in this study is the employees of PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Syariah Kota Medan. The determination of the research sample uses the saturated sampling technique, where the sample is the entire population. The sample in this study consists of 35 respondents. The data collection instrument used was a questionnaire. The independent variables are the work environment and work motivation, while the dependent variable is employee performance at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara PT. Persero (Syariah) Medan City. The data analysis technique uses classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, and t-tests. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Partially, the work environment does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance 2) Partially, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The implication of this research is the presence of cleanliness and good workplace environment observers to ensure that the tasks assigned to employees are carried out well, and it is expected that with the presence of work motivation, employee morale within an organization will improve.
