Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Quantum Teaching training program on the teaching performance of teachers based on active learning at RA Al-Hidayah. The study employed a quantitative approach using a quasi-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design. The participants consisted of 12 teachers selected through total sampling techniques. Data were collected using observation sheets, questionnaires, and documentation. The training program was conducted through simulations, discussions, and direct practice activities focusing on active learning strategies. Data analysis used descriptive statistics and paired sample t-test analysis. The findings showed a significant improvement in teachers’ teaching performance after participating in the Quantum Teaching training program. The average pretest score was 62.3 and increased to 82.3 in the posttest results. Improvements were identified in learning planning, learning implementation, and learning evaluation aspects. Teachers demonstrated more interactive, student-centered, and participatory teaching practices after the training. The classroom atmosphere became more active and conducive to learning activities. The study indicates that the Quantum Teaching training program contributes positively to improving teachers’ pedagogical performance and supports the implementation of active learning in early childhood education.
