Abstract

Breast cancer is one of the types of cancer with the highest incidence that causes physical and psychological impacts, including decreased psychological well-being. Efforts to improve psychological well-being of breast cancer patients with self-disclosure. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the level of self-disclosure with psychological well-being in breast cancer patients at Sanjiwani Hospital, Gianyar Regency in 2025. This type of research is quantitative research with a correlational analytic design with a cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a total sample of 85 people. Data analysis techniques using the Spearman Rank statistical test, and data collection using the 32-item Revised Self-Disclosure Scale and Ryff's Psychological Well-Being Scale. The results of the study the level of self-disclosure in the research subjects was mostly high as many as 51 people (60%) and most of the psychological well-being was high as many as 67 people (78,8%). There is a significant relationship p= 0,000, r= 0,776, between the level of self-disclosure with psychological well-being in breast cancer patients. There is a strong relationship with a positive direction between the level of self-disclosure with psychological well-being in breast cancer patients, the higher the level of self-disclosure owned, the higher psychological well-being.
