Abstract

Widyaiswara is demanded to be able to adapt to the dynamics of information technology development, one of which is to utilize an application as a solution in the implementation of the training participants' knowledge assessment. This research was conducted to find out how the application of Quizizz in the implementation of the assessment of training participants' knowledge in the Regional Human Resources Development Board of South Sumatra Province. The assessment conducted was used to describe the cognitive, affective and psychomotor abilities of Latsar CPNS participants. This study was conducted on 4 (four) Latsar CPNS participants who received subjects of Public Service and Public Ethics of 160 people conducted in September and October 2019. The method used was a qualitative research method, where the data generated came from the results of pre test, post test, observation and interview. The average cognitive abilities of Latsar CPNS participants from the test results relatively increased in percentage. From the results of direct observation and through video recording on 5 (five) indicators of learning concentration, Latsar CPNS participants were considered to have good psychomotor abilities. From the interview results, as an instrument to assess the affective abilities of CPNS Latsar participants, showed a positive response attitude. A comprehensive assessment of cognitive, affective and psychomotor abilities was assessed well on the application of Quizizz in the implementation of the assessment of CPNS Latsar participants in BPSDMD Prov. Sumsel.
