<![CDATA[Anemia in pregnant women remains a health problem with serious impacts on maternal morbidity and mortality. Socioeconomic factors such as education level, family income, and access to health services and compliance with iron supplement tablet consumption are thought to be related to the incidence of anemia which is the main intervention in preventing anemia. This study aims to analyze the relationship between socioeconomic factors and compliance with iron supplement tablet consumption with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women in the working area of Puskesmas 1 Melaya. This type of research is a correlation analytic study, using a cross-sectional approach. The research sample of 38 people was taken by purposive sampling. The research instrument used a questionnaire and interview. The results of the study income> 3.5 million and 1.5-2.5 million, each as many as 12 people (31.6%; 73,7% of pregnant women every day consumed iron supplements daily; 21% of mothers experience anemia. Spearman's Rank test between income and the incidence of anemia obtained a p value: 0.021 and compliance with iron supplement tablet consumption with the incidence of anemia obtained a p value: 0.000. Conclusion: there is a relationship between socio-economic and compliance with iron supplement tablet consumption with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women at Puskesmas 1 Melaya in 2025. Suggestions are expected for UPTD health workers. Puskesmas I Melaya provides education on the importance of consuming iron tablets for pregnant women.]]>
