Abstract

Abstract This study aims to design and implement a web-based Drone Log Book Information System using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method to overcome the constraints of manual operational recording at PT. Teknologi Arcom Mediaksa. The main focus of this development is the integration of automatic Asset Locking features and double-booking prevention to ensure fleet feasibility in specific cases of local UAV services. The system was developed through four RAD phases, namely Requirement Planning, User Design, Construction, and Cutover. The results of testing through Black Box Testing proved that the system is 100% functionally valid, particularly in verifying the automatic asset availability control mechanism and mandatory data validation. In addition, User Acceptance Test (UAT) testing showed an average score of 4.83 out of 5.00, confirming that the system is very well accepted by users. The implementation of this system provides a digital solution that can eliminate the risk of using unfit assets by 100% and increase administrative time efficiency by up to 80%.
