Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of legal awareness among university students regarding the regulations in the campus environment. Legal awareness is an important aspect in shaping the character of law-abiding and responsible citizens, particularly among students as agents of change. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, with data collection conducted through questionnaires distributed to 100 students from various faculties. The results show that the level of legal awareness among students falls into the moderate category, with most students being aware of the existence of campus regulations, but not fully understanding their content and associated sanctions. Factors influencing legal awareness include the dissemination of regulations, enforcement of discipline by the campus authorities, and the role of lecturers in Citizenship Education (PPKn) learning. These findings highlight the importance of continuous legal education in higher education institutions to foster a strong legal culture.

Abstract

Feed is one of the primary factors determining the success of Pangasius sp. aquaculture. However, the high cost of commercial feed ingredients remains a major challenge for fish farmers. Fish waste contains a high level of protein, making it a potential alternative raw material for feed production. This study aimed to evaluate the effect of fish waste-based feed on the growth performance, feed efficiency, and survival rate of Pangasius sp. The study employed an experimental method using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of several treatments with different levels of fish waste inclusion in the feed formulation, each with three replications. The observed parameters included weight gain, length gain, specific growth rate (SGR), feed conversion ratio (FCR), feed efficiency, and survival rate (SR). The collected data were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA), followed by a post hoc test when significant differences were detected at a 95% confidence level. The results indicated that the use of fish waste as a feed ingredient significantly influenced the growth performance and feed efficiency of Pangasius sp., while maintaining a high survival rate. The treatment with the optimal proportion of fish waste produced the highest growth performance, the lowest FCR, the highest feed efficiency, and the best survival rate compared to the other treatments. Therefore, fish waste has considerable potential as an economical and environmentally friendly alternative feed ingredient that can enhance the productivity of Pangasius sp. aquaculture.
