The development of information technology has driven transformation in various aspects of education management, from administration and decision-making to organizational communication and resource management. The digitalization of education management systems offers educational institutions opportunities to improve service effectiveness through integrated information systems, data analytics, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence. This study aims to analyze the impact of information technology on the effectiveness of educational management through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR). The research method follows the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines, with the stages of identification, screening, eligibility assessment, and article inclusion. Literature was obtained from various scientific publications that discuss the implementation of information technology in educational management. The synthesis results show that information technology contributes to increased administrative efficiency, improved quality of organizational communication, greater governance transparency, more effective decision-making, and optimized educational resource management. On the other hand, technology implementation still faces challenges such as limited infrastructure, limited human resources and digital competence, data security concerns, and resistance to organizational change. Therefore, the success of digital transformation requires policy support, technology investment, digital competence development, and adaptive leadership to improve the quality of educational governance continuously.
