Feed costs are the largest component in catfish farming and become the main obstacle for fish farmers in Bojonggede Village, Ngampel District, Kendal Regency. Dependence on commercial feed increases operational costs, therefore alternative feed made from local materials that are inexpensive, easily available, and nutritionally adequate is needed. This community service activity aimed to improve community knowledge and skills in producing catfish feed based on local materials through counseling and direct practice methods. This activity was attended by 30 people consisting of mothers from the PKK group and fathers from the catfish farming group. The implementation stages included community needs identification, presentation of fish feed nutritional content, demonstration of feed production processes, and hands-on practice of mixing materials, grinding, pellet molding, and drying. The materials used included rice bran, tofu waste, trash fish, tapioca flour, and EM-4. All participants attended the program until its completion, achieving a 100% attendance rate. Throughout the hands-on training session, participants showed strong enthusiasm, which was reflected in their active participation in raw material preparation, mixing, grinding, pellet production, and group discussions. Observations conducted by the project team indicated that most participants were able to describe the fish feed production process and identify locally available raw materials that could be utilized as alternative nutrient sources for fish feed production. ABSTRAK Biaya pakan merupakan komponen terbesar dalam budidaya ikan lele dan menjadi kendala utama bagi masyarakat pembudidaya ikan di Desa Bojonggede, Kecamatan Ngampel, Kabupaten Kendal. Ketergantungan terhadap pakan komersial menyebabkan biaya operasional meningkat sehingga diperlukan alternatif pakan berbahan lokal yang murah, mudah diperoleh, dan bernilai gizi cukup tinggi. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam pembuatan pakan ikan lele berbasis bahan lokal melalui metode penyuluhan dan praktik langsung. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 30 orang yang terdiri dari ibu-ibu kelompok PKK dan bapak-bapak anggota kelompok peternak ikan lele. Tahapan kegiatan meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan masyarakat, penyampaian materi tentang kandungan nutrisi pakan ikan, demonstrasi proses pembuatan pakan, praktik pencampuran bahan, penggilingan, pencetakan, dan pengeringan pelet. Bahan yang digunakan antara lain bekatul, ampas tahu, ikan rucah, tepung tapioka, dan EM-4. Seluruh peserta mengikuti kegiatan hingga selesai sehingga tingkat kehadiran mencapai 100%. Selama sesi praktik, peserta menunjukkan antusiasme yang tinggi yang ditunjukkan melalui keterlibatan aktif dalam proses pencampuran bahan baku, penggilingan, pencetakan pelet, dan sesi diskusi. Berdasarkan hasil observasi tim pelaksana, sebagian besar peserta mampu menjelaskan kembali tahapan pembuatan pakan ikan serta mengidentifikasi bahan baku lokal yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai sumber nutrisi pakan.
