Abstarak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran Think Talk Write (TTW) berbantuan Artificial Intelligence (AI) terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Negeri 1 Manonjaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi eksperimen dengan desain nonequivalent control group design. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 72 siswa yang terdiri atas 36 siswa kelas eksperimen dan 36 siswa kelas kontrol yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data kemampuan berpikir kritis diperoleh melalui tes uraian pre-test dan post-test. Analisis data menggunakan uji paired sample t-test, independent sample t-test, dan N-Gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa sebelum dan sesudah penerapan model pembelajaran Think Talk Write (TTW) berbantuan Artificial Intelligence (AI) pada kelas eksperimen. Selain itu, terdapat perbedaan kemampuan berpikir kritis antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol setelah perlakuan. Rata-rata kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada kelas eksperimen mengalami peningkatan lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelas kontrol. Dengan demikian, penerapan model pembelajaran Think Talk Write (TTW) berbantuan Artificial Intelligence (AI) berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of the implementation of the Think Talk Write (TTW) learning model assisted by Artificial Intelligence (AI) on students’ critical thinking skills in economics subjects at SMA Negeri 1 Manonjaya. This study used a quasi-experimental method with a nonequivalent control group design. The research sample consisted of 72 students, including 36 students in the experimental class and 36 students in the control class selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data on critical thinking skills were obtained through pre-test and post-test essay tests. Data analysis used paired sample t-test, independent sample t-test, and N-Gain analysis. The results showed that there was a significant difference in students’ critical thinking skills before and after the implementation of the Think Talk Write (TTW) learning model assisted by Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the experimental class. In addition, there were differences in critical thinking skills between the experimental and control classes after treatment. The average improvement in critical thinking skills in the experimental class was higher than that in the control class. Therefore, the implementation of the Think Talk Write (TTW) learning model assisted by Artificial Intelligence (AI) has an effect on improving students’ critical thinking skills.
