Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the quality of educational services and its relationship to the satisfaction levels of stakeholders in the context of educational institutions. The focus of this study includes elements of instructional services, administration, facilities, school-community interactions, as well as complaint handling and responses. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach, which aims to understand the phenomenon in detail from the perspective of stakeholders. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation, followed by analysis through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the quality of educational services falls into the “good” category, with the learning aspect serving as the strongest indicator, followed by the school’s relationship with the community and educational facilities. On the other hand, the administrative and complaint management elements still require improvement. Overall, stakeholder satisfaction levels fall into the “satisfied” category, indicating that educational services have met most of the users’ expectations. Nevertheless, there is still a small portion of stakeholders who are not fully satisfied, particularly regarding the efficiency of administrative services and the handling of complaints. The findings of this study confirm that service quality has a significant impact on stakeholder satisfaction. Improving overall service quality, particularly in areas that remain weak, is key to achieving higher levels of satisfaction. Therefore, educational institutions need to implement integrated quality management principles that take stakeholder needs into account and conduct continuous service evaluations
