Abstract

Marketing of educational services needs to be carried out by madrasas as a form of school accountability to provide information regarding the condition of schools to the public. MTs Nahdlatul Ulama Karangploso also uses a marketing strategy that is structured so that the programs created can be implemented properly. The focus of the research includes: 1) the education services marketing strategy in attracting new students' interest in MTs NU 2) the results achieved and the constraints experienced from the education services marketing strategy carried out in attracting new students' interest in MTs NU. This research uses qualitative research with descriptive research type. Data collection was carried out through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Test the validity of the data using source triangulation. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation and draws conclusions. From the results of this study, it can be obtained 1) marketing strategy for educational services in attracting new students at MTs NU which includes: a) strategies implemented by MTs NU, b) marketing strategies that are in accordance with the education marketing mix. 2) the results achieved and the constraints experienced from the education services marketing strategy in attracting new students at MTs NU which include: a) the success of the MTs NU education services marketing strategy, b) the lack of human resources in the marketing process, c) the minimum number of followers MTs NU social media accounts.

Abstract

The aims of this study are (1) To describe the implementation of class segregation at SMP Islam AlMaarif 01 Singosari. (2) To describe student interaction when class segregation is implemented at SMP Islam AlMaarif 01 Singosari. (3) To describe the character of students when class segregation is implemented at SMP Islam AlMaarif 01 Singosari. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research, which defines qualitative methods as research procedures that use descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people, images, and observed behavior. Data collection techniques use observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that classroom management based on gender can help shape student character, such as increasing self-awareness of boundaries between males and females, developing social skills, and improving academic achievement. However, this study also found that class segregation can create several obstacles, such as difficulties in developing communication skills between male and female students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) untuk mengetahui strategi kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru di MI Al-Ma’arif 03 Langlang Singosari, (2) meningkatkan kinerja guru di MI Al-Ma’arif 03 Langlang Singosari, (3) untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru melalui kompetensi manajerial. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Hasil temuan yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini yaitu: (1) strategi yang dilakukan oleh kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru melalui kompetensi manajerial di MI Al-Ma’arif 03 Langlang Singosari antara lain: (a) melakukan evaluasi terhadap guru, (b) melakukan kegiatan rapat, (c) mengikutsertakan guru dalam pelatihan, workshop, KKG dan webinar. (2) untuk tercapainya kinerja guru yang optimal maka dibutuhkan beberapa komponen pendukung seperti: (a) metode pembelajaran yang sesuai, (b) penilaian k13. (3) faktor pendukung kepala madrasah MI Al-Ma’arif 03 Langlang Singosari seperti: (a) adanya program unggulan, (b) ekstrakulikuler, (c) adanya peran orang tua dalam proses pembelajaran. adapun faktor penghambatnya yaitu: (a) sarana dan prasarana yang belum memadai, (b) fasilitas elektronik madrasah, (c) penggunaan kuota dalam metode daring.
