Kolumna Vertebra berfungsi menyalurkan berat badan tubuh ke ekstremitas bawah dan sebagai dan saluran yang melindungi saraf spinalis serta menyelubungi selaput otak.). Salah satu kelainan atau patologi pada columna vertebra thoracolumbal disebabkan oleh faktor kongenital maupun faktor lain. Patologi yang dapat timbul antara lain adalah scoliosis. Scoliosis merupakan kelainan bentuk tulang belakang ke sisi lateral yang berlebihan pada vertebra. Scoliosis sering di alami anak usia 10-14 tahun, terutama anak perempuan. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui teknik pemeriksaan Vertebra Thoracolumbal dengan klinis scoliosis di Instalasi Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan Kota Kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Waktu penelitian dilaksanakan pada tanggal 15 Januari 2024 sampai dengan 10 Februari 2023. Dengan pasien adalah An. T usia 8 tahun. Pada tanggal 18 Januari datang seorang pasien atas nama An. T ke Instalasi Radiologi Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan Kota Kediri untuk dilakukan foto rontgen scoliosis series. Dengan hasil rontgen diketahui bahwa Scoliosis dengan main curve di thoracolumbal dan postural curve di main thoracic.
