<![CDATA[Lumbosacral adalah bagian dari columna vertebra yang sering menjadi pusat beban tubuh, sehingga rentan terhadap cedera dan proses patologis, terutama di diskus intervertebralis. Low Back Pain (LBP) adalah keluhan nyeri di punggung bawah, yang sering kali menjalar ke area tubuh lain seperti. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui teknik pemeriksaan radiografi vertebra lumbosacral dengan diagnosa low back pain di Instalasi Radiologi Rumah Sakit X. Jenis penelitian ini deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Ada pasien Ny. M berusia 58 tahun, dengan keluhan nyeri pada punggung bawah. Pemeriksaan vertebra lumbosacral menggunakan 2 posisi yaitu proyeksi AP dan lateral. Pasien dengan klinis low back pain yang berhubungan dengan degenerasi diskus lumbosacral. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa prosedur pemeriksaan ini dimulai dengan pasien diminta melepas benda yang terbuat dari logam, kemudian mempersiapkan pesawat sinar-X, dan kaset ukuran 35 x 43 cm. Selanjutnya teknik pemeriksaan menggunakan proyeksi AP dengan 78 kV dan 30 mAs kemudian proyeksi lateral dengan 80 kV dan 30 mAs. Penelitian ini dilakukan pemeriksaan vertebra lumbosacral pada kasus low back pain di Instalasi Radiologi RS X menggunakan proyeksi AP dan lateral. Dengan panduan radiologi diagnosis klinis yang tepat dapat ditegakkan untuk memberikan terapi dan meringankan gejala pada pasien. Studi ini menyoroti pentingnya deteksi dini pada pasien dengan LBP untuk menghindari komplikasi lebih lanjut. Diharapkan keluarga memberikan dukungan kepada pasien. This type of research is descriptive with a case study approach. There is a patient Mrs. M is 58 years old, with complaints of pain in the lower back. The conclusion of this study, examination of the lumbosacral vertebrae in cases of low back pain at the Radiology Installation of RS X using AP and lateral projections. With radiology guidance, a correct clinical diagnosis can be made in order to provide therapy to relieve the patient's symptoms.
