Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Knowledge Management, Work Motivation, and Leadership Style on Employee Performance, as well as the mediating role of Leadership Style in those relationships within Bosowa Education. Data were collected through a survey using structured questionnaires distributed to relevant respondents. The data were then analyzed using the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) version 4 approach. The findings reveal that Knowledge Management has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance, yet it does not significantly affect Leadership Style. In contrast, Work Motivation has a positive and significant influence on Leadership Style, but demonstrates a negative relationship with Employee Performance. Furthermore, Leadership Style significantly and positively influences Employee Performance and serves as a mediator in the relationship between Work Motivation and Employee Performance. However, Leadership Style does not mediate the relationship between Knowledge Management and Employee Performance. These results highlight that enhancing performance in educational institutions requires not only effective knowledge management and motivation strategies but also strong leadership to guide and sustain performance improvement. The practical implication of this research provides valuable insight for policymakers and educational managers in formulating integrated and context-based strategies for human resource development.
