Abstract

Mapping Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is a strategic step toward enhancing local economic access in Kuala Sempang Village. This initiative was carried out by students participating in the Raja Ali Haji Maritime University’s Community Service Program (KKN) through a process involving observation, interviews, and both digital and physical mapping. The methodology involved interviewing business owners and documenting their business profiles. The mapping process successfully identified five active Joint Business Groups (KUBE) featuring flagship products such as food items, pastries, and household goods. The collected data was then visualized through a digital map on Google Maps and a physical map displayed on the village information board. This initiative not only facilitates promotion and expands marketing networks but also serves as a foundation for the village government to formulate local economic development policies. Consequently, MSME mapping contributes significantly to strengthening village economic self-reliance, enhancing product competitiveness, and fostering local entrepreneurial interest, thereby increasing the visibility of these businesses to the wider public.
