Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of usability on the satisfaction and loyalty of visitors to the Riau University Library website. Usability is one of the factors used to measure the success of a website. The higher the level of usability, the level of user satisfaction will be higher as well as loyalty. This study uses a quantitative approach. The analytical method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The research was conducted on the Riau University Library website with a population of 911,156 website visitors, while the sample used was 200 people. The results showed that usability had a significant effect on satisfaction directly but not significantly on loyalty. While satisfaction has a significant effect on loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to build a system with a scientific paper directory service, namely a directory of journal articles published by the University of Riau which is organized in such a way that it is easy to search. The design is carried out through the stages of system design analysis, global design and detailed design. The scientific work directory system of the Riau University Library which can be accessed online at the address https://cloud.unri.ac.id/direktori. The development carried out in this study uses the stages of system design, system development, implementation and evaluation, with the final result of a web-based interface.

Abstract

In the Unri Library, the risk of information technology (IT) is an event that has the potential to disrupt the service process. IT risks that have not been mapped have resulted in an imbalance in the risk identification process in the Unri Library, so that services are less than optimal. To correct this imbalance, IT risks must be identified and IT services must be improved so that the library service process is not stalled. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of the application of the NIST SP 800-30 framework by the Unri Library for risk evaluation of library information systems. The method used in this research is to conduct interviews with people who are directly involved with the Unri Library SLiMS application system. The findings of this study can be used to map risks by detailing how to assess the risk of library information systems and how to manage the dangers of Unri's library information systems.
